Just a note about the rental: the lease takes extreme conditions into account, but normally everything is in perfect working order, maintenance is rapid, and many appliances are new.

The tools, including garden equipment and a table saw, are not intended for guests to use. A gardener maintains the yard and pool.  For any other maintenance we will give you a number to call and an expert will take care of any and all problems.

Final cleaning fee: $120.00
(This fee applies once during your stay of whatever length)

Security deposit $ 400.00 (The security deposit will be charged to your account before your stay begins.  If no damage is done, $ 280.00 will be returned and the cleaning fee will be retained. 

Florida sales tax 6% and Lee County Tourist Development Tax 5% apply to any stay less than 6 months.

*2 full size sheet sets, 2 queen size sheet sets, 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths for each bathroom, 4 kitchen towels.  Some beach towels are supplied.
