The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy a tropical sunset and relax.  You will find a porch swing, a chaise lounge and a second dining area here.  Your private enclosed pool is attached to the lanai.  From the table you can enjoy the view of the large pool, your private dock, and the boats on the canal. 

The canal has direct sailboat access (no bridges) to the Gulf of Mexico.  You can enrich your stay by renting a boat for fishing or just sailing among the many islands off the coast.  Or, if you prefer, you can fish right from the dock!

You can park in the shade in your attached garage, where you will find a laundry area with a washer and dryer.  You don’t have any long walk from the parking lot here.

The villa is set on an oversized lot with tropical gardens; now and then you will see your gardener at work on the grounds.  Many tropical birds visit the garden as well.
